ABAI Extends its Thanks to Outgoing Chair and Board Members

On behalf of the ABAI Board of Directors, please join me in congratulating these exemplary Directors for their service to the Board as 2025 comes to an end:
Dr. Jay Lieberman, outgoing Chair of the Board of Directors. Dr. Mitchell Lester, completing a six-year term in 2025 and former Chair of the Board and Chair of the Nomination and Ethics and Professionalism Committees. Dr. Giselle Mosnaim, completing a six-year term in 2025 and former Chair of the CAP, Ethics and Professionalism and Nominations Committee.
Their outstanding contributions were celebrated and recognized during the 2025 ABAI Board of Directors Annual meeting in October. We are fortunate to have Dr. Lieberman continue as Director through completion of his term in 2026 and Dr. Lester who will serve as the next Liaison to the American Board of Pediatrics. We are so very grateful for your leadership, insight, expertise, and dedication.
We are also excited to welcome incoming Chair of the Board of Directors, Dr. Julie Wang and incoming Directors Dr. Ewa Schafer and Dr. Rebecca Scherzer who will begin their terms on January 1, 2026, and be formally introduced in an upcoming post, and attended the meeting as part of their onboarding.
