Visit the ABAI Web Portal to access your secure, personalized certification information. On the ABAI Web Portal, you can apply for examinations, register for modules, upload CMEs, receive program updates and exam results, review ABAI e-mail notifications and manage your overall MOC progress.
2013 MOC Secure Examination
The ABAI 2013 MOC Secure Examination results were released November 26th on the ABAI Web Portal.
Certificate Expires in 2013?
All MOC Requirements need to be completed by 12/31/2013 to remain certified. Make sure you have done all 4 modules, CME credits, and paid the MOC fee in addition to passing the secure examination.
Time Unlimited Certificates
Participation in ABAI's MOC Program is voluntary for time unlimited certificate holders and participation in the program will not affect their certification status. Diplomates will be reported as "Certified, Meeting MOC Requirements" or "Certified, Not Meeting MOC Requirements" with a disclaimer that participation in the MOC program is voluntary for time unlimited certificate holders.

Examination results were released to the candidates November 26th. A list of recently certified physicians will be made publicly available by mid-December. ABAI does not post a list of physicians who passed the Maintenance of Certification secure examination since it is only one component of a continuous process to maintain a certificate. Primary source verification can be requested of ABAI for a fee. Public verification is provided by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
Meeting MOC Requirements
ABAI maintains a list of diplomates who have completed all current requirements of the ABAI Maintenance of Certification program. The list is updated periodically but primary source verification can be requested of ABAI for a fee. Public verification is provided by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
