$800 of the Application Fee is a non-refundable processing fee.
Payment Methods
With the exception of application fees, all fees are payable via credit card or check.
- Payments for applications and certificates can be made through the appropriate form.
- Credit card payments (Mastercard and Visa only) are accepted via phone (215-592-9466).
- Make checks payable to American Board of Allergy and Immunology.
